Cassini was opened by Kerry Nichols in 2019. Kerry, mom of 2 daughters & Nana to her two grandsons, has always lived in Wordsley & felt that there was a need for a salon locally which offered not only, everything under one roof but one which specialises in a more natural approach to beauty and wellness. Whether it's the products we use or the approach which we make to our treatments. Fantastic results CAN be gained by using non-invasive methods so you will notice that most of our services follow this ethos.
Whilst wanting to provide you with the best treatments, Kerry also understands that it is imperative that you feel comfortable coming to the salon and that the ambience is right . She fully understands that some people may feel intimidated about walking into new places, or you may feel that you have to be a certain type of person to go into beauty salons - this isn't what Cassini is like!! Everyone deserves to have their own 'me time' & everyone deserves to be pampered, no matter who you are.

Denominations of £10, £20 and £50
If you are unable to purchase your vouchers in store, we are more than happy to post them out to you or your recipient (payment will be taken over the phone) or via email. Gift Vouchers can also be redeemed against our homecare range
Appointments & Cancellations
BOOKINGS & BOOKING FEES A minimum of 50% Non refundable booking fee will be required for all appointments from 1st November 2024. If you haven't booked via one of our booking apps, we will send a payment link to you, this payment will be due within 24hrs to secure your appointment. Failure to pay the booking fee will mean that the booking will be cancelled.
Please ensure that this payment is made promptly as this will form part of the final steps to confirm your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY - if you need to cancel your appointment.
Booking fees are non refundable so if you cancel your appointment for any reason, at any stage prior to your appointment date/time, you will loose your booking fee
If you cancel an appointment within 48hrs of your appointment time, as per our booking policy, the remaining balance of your treatment cost will be payable to us. This remaining payment may be taken from the card when you paid your booking fee. If you fail to pay the outstanding balance; to secure any future bookings the outstanding balance will also have to be paid first.
If you cancel on 3 separate occasions, 100% of your treatment cost will be payable for any future bookings you have with Cassini before your appointment is secured.

AMENDMENTS - amending over 48hrs before your appointment time - You can amend your booking more than 48hrs prior to your appointment time. Your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment. If however, you need to change that newly scheduled appointment again, the booking fee is lost and a new booking fee is required for the new appointment.

Amending within 48hrs of your appointment time - You will not be able to amend a booking within 48hrs of the appointment time. Your booking fee will be lost and a new booking fee will be required for the new appointment. If you find yourself in the situation, possible due to illness witihin 48hrs of your appointment time, please contact us to advise
