Cassini offers a full range of holistic therapy treatments for you

Holistic Therapy is a form of healing that takes into consideration the whole person - body, mind, spirit, and emotions, by gaining a proper balance in life.

These techniques are considered to be complementary treatments which can add some effectiveness to standard treatments for psychological and even physical conditions which you may be receiving treatment for elsewhere.

Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands & ears. It’s based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems.

What is Gua Sha? Facial Gua Sha is a massage technique designed to relieve tension in the muscles of the face, boost blood circulation, and encourage lymphatic drainage to banish puffiness.  t can also encourage facial contouring and muscle tightness. It helps break up fascia, the connective tissue that hugs muscles but can sometimes interfere with optimal circulation.

Specialist Massage Treatments

What is pregnancy massage?

Pregnancy massage is similar in many ways to a normal massage, the main difference being that massage techniques used in pregnancy are adapted to maintain the wellbeing of mother and baby. Techniques vary from firmer massages to relieve discomfort, or softer massages to help relax the expectant mother. What are the benefits of massage during pregnancy?

  • Relief from aching muscles and joint pain

  • Reduction in anxiety and stress by increasing “feel-good” hormones

  • Rejuvenating energy

  • Improved sleep

Myofascial Release Massage - Myofascial release is a type of physical therapy often used to treat myofascial pain syndrome - a chronic pain disorder is caused by sensitivity and tightness in your myofascial tissues. These tissues surround and support the muscles throughout your body. The pain usually originates from specific points "trigger points". Myofascial release focuses on reducing pain by easing that tension and tightness

Lymphatic Drainage Massage - this is a very gentle massage which encourages the movement of lymph fluids around the body. Some health conditions can cause lymph fluid to build up. Although drainage massages can benefit anyone, it can also assist people with lymphedema, fibromyalgia and similar conditions

Jemma is a level 5 Sports Massage therapist. Her treatments:
