Dealing with menopause symptoms is one thing BUT how it makes us feel is something else. So myself, Kerry & Lisa Tighe (Menopause Wellness Coach) have decided that we need to offer some support. Neither of us are medically trained but we both know what happens when women get together... we create a team of strong, empowering women
We had our first event back in March which was a great success (EFT Tapping - which is Lisa's speciality). Our event on 26th April will be a free event and all we ask is that you come along, talk to us about how you are feeling etc, listen to us, listen to other women and then we can plan our next events
It will be for just one hour on that Friday evening so you still have time to go our later on
